Employment Terms

Location

Utrecht (full-time office presence)

Working Hours

38 hours per week + 2 ADV leave hours

Contract

6 months initially, converting to permanent upon satisfactory performance

Holiday Allowance

8% of annual salary

Vacation Days

21 vacation days + 12 ADV days per year

Bonus Scheme

Up to 10% (8% company + 2% personal goals)

Pension Plan

8% employer contribution, 4% employee contribution

Travel Costs

Public transport fully reimbursed, or €0.23/km for own transport
